Less Refillery is scheduled to open Feb. 19; A store for the eco-conscious consumer

THE WOODLANDS, TX – A store for the environmentally conscious consumer, Less Refillery offers high-quality, organic, and sustainably traded products. Its purpose is to help individuals reduce their waste, and in turn, to help the planet.

Most current items are centered around the kitchen or bathroom; personal hygiene products and household cleaning products. Specific examples are Stasher reusable silicone bags, Marley’s Monsters paperless napkins, Patch Bamboo bandages, reusable coffee filters and many bamboo products for almost any situation.

“The product line will constantly evolve and many new items will be added over time,” said owner Dylan Harris. “This is just the beginning!”

There are over two dozen bulk top up options. Products like shampoo, lotion, laundry detergent, and hand sanitizer can all be purchased by the ounce, without any packaging.
• Customers can bring their own container or buy one to sell.
• There will also be a donation area where customers can drop off cleaned and unwanted containers for other customers to grab and use as they see fit.

The expected opening date of Less Refillery is February 19, 2021. The showcase will be located at 3600 FM 1488, Suite 140, Conroe, TX 77384. The hours will be 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., 7 days a week.

Harris’ number one tip to help you reduce your impact: Stop throwing things away. Instead, reuse items from around your household and reuse plastic products, such as a pitcher of laundry detergent, until the handle falls off.

“I named my store Less Refillery for a reason. It’s hard to be zero waste. I get it. It’s not doable for most people, and that’s okay. I just want to encourage people to to create less waste. If we all did 10% better, we could indeed leave this planet behind better than we found it.
