The online fashion retailer was founded in 2018 and offers contemporary women’s clothing aimed at empowering women and making them feel like the “bosses” that they are.
“Empowering women is at the heart of everything I do,” said the founder. “My inspiration and the overall reason I started the business was to provide women with clothing that reminds them that they are confident, powerful and will shatter the glass ceiling. “

The company responds to customer needs and preferences by marketing under two differentiated labels – Signature bridger and On-Demand bridger.
The first includes clothing with a patented printed signature that represents Aequitas (the Latin concept of justice, equality and fairness) holding a scales and a cornucopia.
This, according to the founder, means that the world will prosper in abundance when men and women have equal rights and opportunities.
Bridger On-Demand, on the other hand, launches new styles every week, but operates an on-demand production model.

This means that the brand only manufactures the number of clothes it sells, with mostly recycled fabrics.
The 26-year-old entrepreneur, who had no experience in fashion, holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business from the University of Cape Town, as well as a post-graduate degree in technology shoes and bags from Polimoda, Italy.
She began her career in data analytics, specializing in the field during her time at Google and TFG.
According to Bridglall, part of the profits from the BridGER company are donated to a program called #KeepingGirlsAtSchool as part of the EssBee Foundation, a non-profit organization she founded to fight gender inequality.

“To date, we have funded 25 girls and aim to fund 100 girls by 2025,” she said.
The company currently reaches customers in almost all parts of the United States and the Middle East. Bridglall’s goal is also to reach customers in the UK, EU and Australia over the next two years, “realizing our goal of becoming a global brand,” she said.
