The Hill Shopping Center in Lake Highlands is once again hosting the Boho Market for a special Mother’s Day pop-up one day only, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 7. Snag Mom a last-minute gift from a local vendor, including seasonal clothing, timeless accessories, handmade homewares, woodwork, treats, pet products, and more. The event will feature live music and spring floral decor. Find it on the courtyard lawn outside Snooze, an AM and CAMP restaurant.

City boots
Billed as “premium boots, handmade in Texas, made for the modern cowgirl, city girl and everyone in between,” City Boots has expanded to a new location inside the store. Want to give mom something super personalized? Before Mother’s Day, Finley Shirts by Neiman Marcus NorthPark will be giving away a free Monogram Club Monogram with a purchase of Finley Shirts. This is a very limited event, taking place from 1-4 p.m. on Saturday, May 7. Hosted by mother-daughter duo Cathy Williamson and Beverly Terrell, the special event will also include light snacks. The beloved Texas jeweler will host a special pop-up from May 6-8 to capture some of the magic of Mother’s Day. LDT, founded by Michael and Alex Toccin as a womenswear brand that blends the joy of youth with wearable, sophisticated styles, has teamed up with department store Dillard’s on an exclusive collection of handbags, small leather goods and glasses for spring. The accessories, they say, were designed to enhance any outfit and can be worn day or night so wearers are always “T-style”. Leather items range from $128 to $348 and sunglasses are around $80. The line was officially launched in Dallas, but all products are sold at 85 Dillard stores nationwide and online at Dillards.com

Pop-up Leatherology at the Conservatory
Kids can give their moms a high-quality, personalized gift during a special Leatherology pop-up from May 4-7 at Conservatory Bijoux in Highland Park Village. They will have the option of making a personalized design which can then be stamped onto an item of their choice, using the Deboss monogramming system. Store hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Grapevine goes shopping: A Macy’s Backstage store opens at the Grapevine Mills mall, offering fashionable clothing at discounted prices. It opens May 14 as a discounted, on-trend concept that sells quality brands for fashion-loving customers with ever-changing merchandise.
